New Sacramental Provision for All Saints, Hassop and Our Lady & St Joseph, Matlock

Sacraments of Initiation - Baptism, First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion

Those who wish to apply to have their children receive any of the Sacraments of Initiation within Hassop/Matlock must adhere to one of the following criteria:

Have a direct historical family connection to the parish.
Have been attending the parish for over one year.
Live within the parish boundary and the Diocese of Nottingham

This will require you to attend the Parish of Our Lady Queen of Peace and attend their Baptism and First Holy Communion courses. We shall no longer be accepting applications from parishioners of the Diocese of Hallam who do not fit the criteria.

If this is difficult at the moment, please register anyway, and send your certificate later. Please note that if your child was Baptised in All Saints, Hassop or Our Lady & St Joseph, Matlock then we do not need to see your baptism certificate.
